Honey pecan baked French toast with local strawberries, bacon and fresh fruit

Yogurt, granola, various cereals, fresh brewed coffee, assorted teas
and juice are available with all breakfasts
Lunch
Greek salad with homemade hummus, pita and veggies
Black bean or chicken enchiladas with brown rice, vegetarian taco salad, guacamole and black bean and corn salsa
Curry carrot sweet potato soup with baguette and local mixed greens salad with WLS balsamic vinaigrette

Warm spinach artichoke dip with fresh bread and chips
